Sweet AND savory- these babies are so easy to prep and even easier to top with whatever you've got on deck!
Cut 2 inch thick potato slices. Coat in avo oil and sprinkle with pink salt. *Make sure you coat well in oil so taters come out crispy* Bake at 430, for 25mins total, flipping after 15mins. Top with whatever you want! I like topping one or two slices with raw almond butter with jam and the other with avo, cayenne, and hemp seeds. Get creative!
