DRINK PLENTY OF WATER

Our skin is our largest organ and THE LAST to receive any of the water we drink. Make sure you're drinking half your body weight in ounces or more per day! Water is essential for maintaining hydrated, smooth and supple-looking skin to help plump out collagen and keep fine lines at bay.


STOP EATING PROCESSED FOODS AND SUGAR
