Matcha collagen latté

Have your collagen and eat it too with this heaven-sent matcha latté recipe..


INGREDIENTS:

3/4 c hot water

1/4 c coconut milk (or milk of choice), warmed

1 scoop vital proteins matcha collagen

1 tsp coconut oil (optional)

1 tsp honey (optional)


DIRECTIONS: (Taken from Vital Proteins website)

Take 1 scoop vital proteins matcha collagen into cup. Pour hot water into it and gradually add warmed milk, stirring until the matcha is fully dissolved. Add in coconut oil and honey. Froth with a hand-held mixer or milk frother, and enjoy!
