Copycat Reese's pb balls

If Reese's wasn't on your top 3 favorite candies list as a child, I don't know if we can be friends. Unfortunately, the OG version is full of sugar, milk fat, and hydrogenated oils... yuck! Make this 4-ingredient version instead!


INGREDIENTS:

1 cup dates

3/4 cup creamy pb

1/4 cup coconut flour

1 cup dark chocolate (I recommend enjoylife)


DIRECTIONS:

In a food processor, blend dates first, then add in creamy pb, followed by coconut flour. Blend well until it becomes dough. Take a small spoonful of dough and roll into a small ball. Once all dough balls are rolled, keep in the freezer for an hour. Melt dark chocolate and then dip frozen dough balls into chocolate. Put back in freezer for another hour before diving in. Tip: Make the balls very small so you can get a better chocolate to pb dough ratio. Store in freezer!
