Easily ate this every morning for a straight week.. No shame. It's THAT good.
3/4 cup quinoa (warmed)
2 tbsp canned coconut milk (warmed)
1 tsp pure maple syrup
1/2 cup organic fruit mix of choice -I love pineapples, raspberries, blueberries, and blackberries
1 tbsp raw walnuts
Sprinkle of ceylon cinnamon
Combine all ingredients and enjoy!
