Chocolate protein oat cake

A delicious, protein-rich recipe you can whip up in under 5 mins.


INGREDIENTS:

1/2 cup oats

1 tsp baking powder

1 tbsp chia seeds

1 tbsp ground flax

splash of vanilla extract

1 scoop chocolate protein powder

1/2 cup milk of choice

2 tbsp maple syrup


DIRECTIONS:

Blend all ingredients until batter is smooth. Pour into a small microwavable-safe dish and mic for 2 mins- 2 1/2 mins. Top with whatever you're feeling! I love cashew butter or almond butter, dark chocolate chips, get wild.
