NEW CLIENTS - RESERVING AN APPOINTMENT

In order to reserve an appointment, a deposit of $100 via venmo (@Robzz) or Zelle (hello@skinwithrobin.com) is required. This deposit will be put towards your service. If your service is under $100, I will venmo or zelle you back the difference. 

ALL CLIENTS - STRICT 24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY

Appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance so that if you are unable to make your appointment, I will have time to fill that appointment spot with another client. For my regular clients, failure to comply with the following list below will result in a fee of $100 that must be paid via venmo or zelle before you can reschedule your next appointment. 

  • Failure to confirm your appointment 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will result in a canceled appointment and loss of deposit. 

  • Less than 24 hours notice of canceling or rescheduling your appointment will result in a loss of deposit. 

  • If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, this will result in a loss of deposit. 

  • If you are more than 15mins late for your appointment, that time will be deducted from your service and you will be charged 100% of the service amount.
